You may modify or cancel your reservation free of charge up to 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

Beyond this deadline, no modification or cancellation will be possible through the website. Please contact us directly by phone for any urgent request.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Be ready at the agreed pickup time.

• Behave respectfully toward the driver and the vehicle.

• Respect agreed-upon schedules as much as possible.
• Automatically adjust pickup time in case of flight delay, at no extra charge.

8. Limitation of Liability
